"Determined Thoughts"

If you are interested in seeing the full version, let me know.It appears that this beauty has serious things on her mind. Listening to her companion relate a certain series of events, you can sense the formation of an opinion. She knows her own mind... an open mind, one determined(guided) by principles long laid down.
I have a small study almost ready to post in a day or two. It is taken from the intersection of canal and river and I call it "Genesee Crossriver".

Lovely painting!
Hey Gordon!Nice job. Drawing looks good. Composition is strong and modern. Try unifying the shadows a little more. Opaque paint could also work for this.
